Global Knafaim Leasing has repaid approximately ₪3.62 million in principal on account of its Series C bonds. The repayment, carried out as scheduled, reduces the principal balance of the series from ₪27.74 million to ₪24.12 million. Aircraft leasing company Global Knafaim Leasing Ltd. reported today that it has met its payment schedule to its bondholders by executing a partial principal repayment on its Series C bonds. According to the filing submitted to the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, the company repaid an exact amount of ₪3,618,360 from the principal of the bonds (Series C), which bear security number 1179290. The payment was executed in accordance with the original amortization schedule of the series, as defined for investors at the time of its issuance.

As a result of the repayment, the outstanding principal balance of the Series C bonds has decreased. Prior to the payment, the debt balance in this series stood at ₪27,740,760.09. Following the transfer of the payment to the bondholders, the current balance stands at ₪24,122,400.09. The action, as noted in the report, was carried out in an orderly manner through the TASE clearing house, ensuring the transfer of funds to the trustee and the holders.
