The intelligence platform for Israel’s capital market

Many professionals work with regulatory databases. Those databases provide information, but they weren’t built for accessibility or efficient use - and in that gap we saw an opportunity to truly meet the market’s needs.

We knew it wasn’t enough to put together yet another search engine; the way people work had to change at its core. So we decided to scrap the old model and build something that works.

XHON is an intelligent system that connects directly to the Israel Securities Authority’s database. Every document is broken down at the content level and reorganized into layers of data - the information layers that make smart search with an AI agent possible. With them you can read, query, filter and extract insights from the stream of filings.

The infrastructure is designed for a smooth, intuitive user experience that saves precious resources. As professionals, you can put those resources into the parts of your work that create real value, instead of hunting for data in a stack of reports.

Our vision

The economic arena of the next generation

Until now, access to regulatory filings ran through two systems:

MAGNA - The Israel Securities Authority’s information system - a government body that provides regulatory information.

MAYA - A copy-paste of MAGNA under the stock exchange’s brand, with exchange data added.

A regular search engine can locate a filing, but it can’t read it. Anyone looking for information buried inside filings has to dig it out by hand, and today the best minds are wasted on cognitive ant work: hours of reading documents, filtering and hunting for data across hundreds of pages of text.

Public databases may be the beating heart of the market, but working with them still feels like a dusty archive. The information was always there, but the ability to extract value from it was reserved for those with means - those who can build teams dedicated to manual processing and analysis.
